Configuration backup

To be able to restore the registration, you need to back up at least files pk.pem and main.conf

This procedure is valid for a configuration backup of the current version 13.

Steps

  • The configuration is located in the %ProgramData%\TatraMed Software\T3C\Service\conf folder
  • We recommend backing up this folder immediately after installation or after reconfiguring the settings
  • The minimum backup should contain the files pk.pem and main.conf. Without them, the registration cannot be renewed.
  • Files description:
    • main.conf - main configuration file
    • pk.pem - private key
    • user.db - user database
    • notification.db - notification database
    • device.json, receiver.json, removing.json, sending.json, storing.json - automation settings
