Please verify that T3C Service is running.
If T3C Service is installed on another computer, make sure that T3C Console is configured to connect to T3C Service on a remote computer.
Network communication can be blocked by a Firewall that is either part of the Microsoft Windows operating system or an antivirus program. Try temporarily disabling the Firewall and verify the connection - in the T3C Console, select View/Update from the menu. If T3C Service is installed on another computer, the connection may be blocked by a Firewall located on the remote computer as well as a Firewall located on the network.
