Troubleshooting T3C Service connection issues

  • T3C Console is running
  • T3C Console connection indication in the right section of the status bar shows red icon
  • T3C Service is not running
  • Wrong connection configuration to T3C Service
  • Communication with T3C Service is blocked by the firewall

Please verify that T3C Service is running.

If T3C Service is installed on another computer, make sure that T3C Console is configured to connect to T3C Service on a remote computer.

Network communication may be blocked by the firewall. Try to temporarily disable the firewall and verify connection - in T3C Console menu select View/Update. If T3C Service is installed on another computer, the connection may be blocked by the firewall located on a remote computer as well as a firewall located on the network.
