Connection configuration If T3C Service is installed on another computer, make sure that T3C Console is configured to connect to T3C Service on a remote computer. Firewall Network communication can be blocked by a Firewall that is either part of the Microsoft Windows operating system or an antivirus program. Try temporarily disabling the Firewall and verify the connection - in the T3C Console, select View/Update from the menu.
